Dr. Ken Rabinowitz Speaks at APMP Chapter Meeting

Adaptive Intelligence™: Working with Extreme People


Dr. Rabinowitz was the featured speaker at the Winter, 2006 Southern California Chapter Meeting of the Association of Proposal Management Professionals.

Ken spoke about how to work with Critics, Snipers, Blockers, Bulls, Intimidators, Controllers, Dominators and Manipulators!

He presented keys to successfully working with even the most extreme people.  It is the ability to adapt to change, problems, people and tasks.  He discussed how to measure AQ-Adaptive Intelligence and how to improve communication, teamwork and problem solving skills. 

Dr. Rabinowitz also spoke about the key motivators and de-motivators that drive customer and team behavior.  As well as the DEBSI Factor; the critical success factor that will make or break your communication, relationships and proposal process.
