Communications Screening

 

For positions such as sales and customer service where clear and effective communication skills are critical, our Interactive Voice Response (IVR) selection tool can help you "screen out" candidates from your selection process.

 

Candidates are given a toll-free number to call and are asked a series of "interview" questions.

 

Candidates' communication skills are evaluated in four categories:

  • Clear
  • Effective
  • Pleasant
  • Professional

 

For "mass" hiring campaigns, we can "pass on" to you only the candidates who have the communications skills necessary for the job. In other situations, the actual voice files can be sent to you for your own review.
