Dr. Ken Rabinowitz, founder and president of Professional Development Group, Inc. is a consultant and trainer to organizations throughout the United States, Canada, and Europe. He is a leader in the field of human resource development, specializing in corporate leadership, team building, sales training, and customer motivation.

An expert in organizational assessments, Dr. Rabinowitz has developed over twenty instruments for measuring performance and providing feedback to individuals, teams and organizations. He has trained thousands of executives, managers, employees and sales personnel in a variety of individual and organizational work skills and has successfully facilitated a wide range of organizational changes in hundreds of organizations.

Dr. Rabinowitz has worked extensively with boards of directors in such areas as assessments, communications skills development, board member performance interventions and team building retreats. His experience also encompasses board of directors planning sessions and development of leadership programs specifically for CEO and senior management teams.

As an adjunct faculty member at several local colleges and universities such as the Rochester Institute of Technology, he has taught courses in leadership in both the Executive Master of Business Administration program and the Executive Development program. His expertise has been enhanced by experience as a VP of training and organizational performance for a Fortune 500 Company.

Dr. Rabinowitz holds both master of arts and doctoral degrees from Yeshiva University in New York City. He completed his formal studies in organizational behavior with his dissertation entitled "The Effects of Organizational Structure, Decision Making and Communications on Employee Morale, Motivation and Performance." Dr. Rabinowitz is a licensed psychotherapist and a diplomat in the American Psychotherapy Association.
