JoAnne Sims has more than fifteen years of experience in training and consulting. During her five years as an internal consultant with Xerox Corporation, JoAnne developed and implemented a long-term empowerment strategy in the engineering environment.

She has also worked in the areas of manufacturing, telecommunications, healthcare, technology, wholesale and retail sales. Certified to administer and interpret assessment instruments, JoAnne specializes in organizational change management, team and leadership development, empowerment, and conflict management. JoAnne received a bachelor's degree in sociology and psychology from the State University of New York at Brockport and was recently honored as an Executive Leader by Rochester Institute of Technology, where she earned a master's degree in the Career and Human Resource Development program.
